The apartment is subject to the provisions of short-term lease.
For that reason:
- an invoice cannot be issued
- Breakfast and cleaning services cannot be offered.
- there is no reception by law.
- we are not allowed to provide changes regarding the cleaning service, towels and bed linen by law.
Arrival – Departure
Check-in is available at specific times from 14:00 (2 p.m.) to 21:00 (9 p.m.)
Check-out is until 11.00 am.
The above arrival and departure times can be differentiated if notified in advance.
Please be punctual at your arrival and departure time.
Minimum number of stays
The minimum number of stays you can book is at least 2 nights.
Events, gatherings, parties
The apartment cannot be used for an event or a mass gathering because the protection of the property cannot be guaranteed as well as the maintenance costs of the apartment cannot be calculated.
Unregistered visitors
The apartment is rented for a specific number of guests that has been agreed when booking. If there are extra visitors, we must be informed so that the cost can be modified.
Food in Bedrooms
For your personal hygiene and maintaining cleanliness in the area, you are not allowed to carry food and eat in bedrooms. The apartment has a kitchen counter, a separate dining table and a small table in the balcony where you can enjoy your snacks or meals.
Smoking
For your personal hygiene and maintaining cleanliness in the area, smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
Pets
Dogs are allowed by arrangement and as long as they are small in size, they do not get dirty, they do not make noise and they do not cause damage.
Safe use of home appliances
It is recommended to safely use the home appliances provided in the apartment according to their instructions and safety rules. In case of misuse of an appliance, visitors will be charged for the repair or damage caused.
Property protection
Visitors must use all facilities, objects and spaces of the apartment safely and without causing damage. In the event of damage to objects or part of the space of the apartment, visitors will be charged for the repair or damage caused.
Safe use of lights and air-conditioning
When the visitor leaves the apartment, all lights and air-condition units must be turned off for their safety and in order to avoid unnecessary energy consumption.
Cleaning
The apartment belongs to the short-term lease and thus does not provide everyday cleaning services. Guests are obliged to collect all waste on departure and deposit it in the public waste bins, located directly opposite the apartments. Also, in terms of aesthetics, it is not allowed to hang clothes on the front balcony, which overlooks Asklipiou Avenue.
By law we can not provide changes regarding the cleaning service, towels and bed linen.
Quiet hours
Visitors must respect quiet hours so as not to disturb neighbours.
Quiet hours are as following:
Summer season (April 1 to September 30) from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00.
Winter season (October 1 to March 31) from 14:30 to 17:00 and from 22:00 to 07:30.
Loss of apartment key
In case of loss of the apartment key, the visitor is charged with the replacement fee.
Termination of Accommodation rules
The owner fully reserves the right to terminate the stay – without any further financial obligation on his part – in case of violation of the above .
Apartment facilities
- All the necessary utensils for breakfast preparation by the visitors themselves can be found in the apartments.
- A baby cot can be provided on request. The maximum number of baby cots depends on the apartment you choose. Please check the selected apartment for maximum capacity. All baby cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
Extra benefits
- Additional cleaning during your stay can be provided at a cost of 15 euros, on request.
- Additional safety and hygiene measures have been taken at the property due to COVID-19. Optional disinfection costs 20 euros and is provided on request.
