A spacious two-bedroom apartment, with its own separate kitchen, living room, and bathroom with shower. In the living room, there is a dining table that can accommodate 4-6 guests and a sofa-bed.

Fully renovated in 2019, the apartment is luxuriously furnished with beds and mattresses by COCOMAT. It is decorated in a retro-chic style that blends the “freshness” of modern interior design with the history and vintage aesthetic of an apartment block built in the 1970s.

Rooms are fully air-conditioned and all offer wide-screen TV sets (32-inch SAMSUNG TVs in the bedrooms, and a 43-inch LG Smart TV in the living room with Netflix. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a cooker with 4 ceramic hobs and oven, filter-coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, sandwich toaster, water kettle, and other kitchen utensils.

Certified space disinfection by Hygiene Service takes place before each stay, using Dalco-10 product. ** The service is optional and costs 20 euros per stay. The service is free for 6 consecutive days of stay.
A kit with the necessary protective equipment (antiseptics, masks, gloves) is provided in each apartment.
Overcrowding is avoided since the apartments are located in a small apartment building with only one private house.

I will be arriving early in the morning / late at night. What time can I check in?

Check-in is available from 15:00 (3pm) until 22:00 (10pm). Please contact us to determine if it’s possible to check-in earlier or later than this.

What is the minimum number of nights that I can book for?

You need to book either apartment for a minimum of two nights.

Are children allowed?

Yes, children are welcome in both apartments. We provide highchairs in each apartment, and there is a cot available for children aged 0-2 years.

Please notify us in advance if you will be requiring a highchair or a cot.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is not included, but both apartments have full kitchen
facilities for the preparation of meals during your stay.

Do you allow pets?

Dogs are allowed by arrangement and as long as they are small in size, they do not get dirty, they do not make noise and they do not cause damage.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed in either apartment.

Can I book an apartment for a party or event?

Neither apartment is available for parties or events.

What is your cancellation policy?

You are allowed to cancel up to 14 days before arrival without a penalty. If you cancel within 14 days before arrival, you will be charged the full amount of the stay.
